Presenter Sneak Peek: 11th Annual ASA Equipment Valuation Conference – Virtual

Now in its 11th year, this annual event has grown to become the definitive source for appraisers, equipment management and finance professionals on the latest insights into equipment valuation.

This year’s format will be virtual, allowing attendees to learn and connect in their preferred environment. Explore the latest ideas, trends and best practices with leading presenters.

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the key thought leaders who will be presenting at this year’s conference:

Dave Anzur is the owner of Anzur Logistics LLC, a company that provides transportation management support services for a variety of businesses. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, marketing, railroad operations, mergers and acquisitions and asset financing. Mr. Anzur represents several independently owned short line railroads and numerous shippers covering all aspects of management including marketing, operations support and infrastructure. Mr. Anzur has an MBA with honors from Willamette University and a B.S. in Business with a concentration in finance and minor in economics from University of Oregon.

Joshua Abbey, ASA, is Director at Suncorp Valuations. He has over 15 years of experience in Industrial Valuation work, specializing in pulp and paper, and the lumber industry.  Mr. Abbey has been a designated member of ASA for 10 of years, and an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, including most notably serving as president of the Milwaukee ASA chapter.

Dennis Bolton, ASA is Managing Director, Commercial & Industrial at Gordon Brothers. has over 30 years of experience in industrial machinery and equipment valuation and inventory management with extensive equipment finance experience with strategies in equipment and portfolio management, remarketing, product development, business strategy and execution. Mr. Bolton has been a designated member of ASA for over 25 years and an active volunteer, currently serving on both the ASA Machinery & Technical Specialties Discipline and ASA Governmental Relations Committees.

Ryan Kinahan, ASA, CPA is managing director at RK Valuation Advisory LLC, specializing in the valuation of fixed assets, plant and equipment appraisals. He has over 15 years of experience in the profession and has performed valuations across 35 countries and 45 US states in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Kinahan has been a designated member of ASA for 10 years, an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, currently serving as Chair of ASA’s International Marketing Committee, Treasurer of the ASA Machinery and Technical Specialties Discipline Committee, and as an advisor on ASA’s Budget and Finance Committee.

Ryan Loredo is an associate analyst at RK Valuation Advisory LLC, specializing in the valuation of fixed assets. He performs appraisals for insurance purposes, tax purposes, financial advisory, purchase price allocations (ASC 805), financing, estates, disputes and litigation, impairments (ASC 350), and a variety of accounting purposes under US GAAP and IFRS. Mr. Loredo earned his BS in Anthropology and BA in History from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he is also completed his certification course for paralegal studies.
