ASA Opens Doors to New Headquarters Office

ASA has moved its headquarters office to a new location a short distance from its previous address. The move was made in response to the Society’s forthcoming lease renewal and need for a reduced footprint due to the success of working virtually as a result of the Pandemic.

Prior to the move, ASA solicited the help of a commercial real estate consulting firm to review space needs, analyze comparable market leasing rates, understand commuting distances and determine building amenities.

The final space selected met a checklist of needs, including updated construction, funds for suite customization and access to free conference and auditorium rooms to accommodate over 100+ people – all within minutes from Dulles International Airport (IAD).

ASA will now be able to host educational courses, events and leadership meetings helping to reduce expenses for such held at outside locations and venues.

ASA’s occupancy of the new space officially begins December 1, 2021.
