Carl Chrappa, ASA, MRICS, IFA, of The Alta Group, LLC is Senior Managing Director – Asset Management Practice of The Alta Group, LLC.  He has 50 years of experience in inspecting and appraising most types of commercial and industrial capital equipment for finance and litigation purposes. Mr. Chrappa has been a designated member of the ASA for over 40 years, and is active in professional associations that promote the appraisal profession including being the Chairman Emeritus of the ELFA Equipment Management Committee, Appraisal panel of SFNet, and a member of the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Board’s Macroeconomic survey panel.

Ken Heyse, ASA is the Managing Director of Plastics One Asset Advisors, LLC. Since 1987, Mr. Heyse has been actively involved in all phases of the Plastics Machinery Industry including appraising, processing machinery manufacturing, sales, and distribution. Plastics One has been one of the countries’ foremost Asset Advisors for Plastics Processing Machinery for over 30 years, actively working with the Leasing and Finance community providing appraisals, lease residual guidance, work out and liquidation assistance, and published Industry updates.

Gary K. Anderson is the Managing Partner Extrusion and Converting for Plastics One Advisors and has been actively involved in all phases of Plastic Processing Machinery for over 25 years.  Personally, he liquidated in excess of $100,000,000 of Extrusion and Converting Equipment and appraised hundreds of Plastic Extrusion and Converting Facilities Worldwide and has held various senior executive positions with a variety of Plastic Extrusion & Packaging Machinery Manufacturing Firms.

Joseph Koravos is President at North East Printing Machinery. He has over 40 years of experience in the printing machinery field, specializing in buying, selling and appraising in the graphic arts field. Mr. Koravos has performed hundreds of printing appraisals including some that are believed to be the largest by volume and value ever performed in his field. In addition to being a resource for many of the top appraisal firms in the country, he has been approved on several occasions as a qualified expert in the US Bankruptcy courts.

Joseph Santora, ASA is the President at Irontrax. He has over 25 years of experience in appraisal field, specializing in Construction, Transportation & Mining Equipment. Mr. Santora has been a designated member of ASA for 13 years, and an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, including most notably serving as 2015- 2019 ASA International Marketing Committee Chairman, ASA Equipment Valuation Founder & Chairman 2010- 2019, Machinery & Equipment Committee, 2012- 2107 and is the 2015 recipient of the American Society of Appraisers Jerry F Larkins Award. He also serves on the Equipment Lease and Finance Associations Equipment Management Committee and is active in the Turnaround Management Association.

Paul R. Cogley, Jr. ASA is a retired Senior Vice President at Banc of America Leasing & Capital. He has over 40 years of experience in leasing and machinery & equipment valuation. Mr. Cogley has been a designated member of ASA for 16 of years, and is an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, including most notably serving as Region 1 Governor, MTS Vice Chair & Treasurer, International Education Committee Chair, MTS Instructor & Course Writer.  Mr. Cogley was the recipient of the Jerry F. Larkins Volunteer Service Award in 2020.

Asher Cohen, ASA, is a managing director of the industrial group at Suncorp Valuations. Asher has over 21 years of experience in industrial valuations, specializing in pulp and paper, oil and gas, food processing, power generation/distribution as well as fixed asset reconciliation and PPA’s. Mr. Cohen has been a designated member of ASA for 15 of years.

Joseph Joyce, ASA is the Chief Financial Officer for Harry Davis and Company, where he has worked for over 5 years. Mr. Joyce has over 9 years of experience in financial analysis and valuations specializing in machinery and equipment. He earned his BA degree from Ursinus College in 2008, and his master’s degree from the University of Pittsburg in 2012. Mr. Joyce has been a designated member of ASA for 1 year.

Austin Engelhardt, ASA, CPCU, is President of AAE Consulting Group. He has over 20 years of experience in providing property insurance valuations to ensure proper coverage limits and accurate representation of underwriting risk through comprehensive data analysis. Mr. Engelhardt has been a designated member of ASA for over 13 years, and is the only known appraiser working exclusively in the insurance industry to possess both the ASA and CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designations – highlighting his commitment and expertise in valuing property in the insurance industry.

R. Lee Robinette, ASA, is President of Collateral Evaluation Associates, Inc. He has over 25 years of machinery & equipment and inventory appraisal experience. His firm specializes in appraising assets from a wide variety of manufacturing and industrial operations, as well as other more specialized or niche operations. Mr. Robinette has been a designated member of ASA for 33 years, an active volunteer and currently serves as a course developer and instructor.

Andrew Cohen is Cannabis Division Manager at Aaron Equipment Company. He has over 6 years of experience in the Used Equipment Business, specializing in Cannabis. Mr. Cohen has been a designated member of ASA for 3 years, and an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, including most notably serving as New Member Board Member at TMA.

Anthony Gordon, ASA, is Manager of Asset Management and Remarketing at Farm Credit Leasing. He has over 25 years of experience in asset management and valuing equipment, specializing in agricultural and food processing equipment. MR. Gordon has been a designated member of ASA for 10 years, and an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, including most notably serving as ELFA Equipment Management Committee Member and former IA, NE & SD ASA Chapter President.

Harry Ward is the President of DLS Marine. Harry is a US Navy veteran and has spent much of the past decade in the maritime industry in sales, finance and general management. He has extensive experience in asset and business valuation and is working to maintain DLS leadership in marine appraisal and survey for another 50 years. Harry is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and served as a helicopter pilot and survival instructor through multiple tours of duty. He has an MBA from San Diego State University.
