An executive with over 25 years of experience in valuation, M&A, corporate finance, forensic accounting, and expert testimony, Ray has the distinction of having served as President of both the New York City and Northern New Jersey ASA Chapters. Ray has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Masters in Financial Economics from the University of London. His practice includes valuations for litigation, shareholder disputes, estate and gift planning, and financial reporting.
