Reaccreditation Process Reminder

The reaccreditation process for Accredited Members, Accredited Senior Appraisers, and Fellows moved online in 2017. Members are responsible for keeping track of your own CE hours. However ASA hours are tracked and can be accessed in your personal profile history if you register for webinars, classes, and courses through the ASA website. You must track anything outside of the ASA website yourself. Supporting documentation should not be submitted to staff at ASA, but kept as reference once you’re ready to reaccredit online. Supporting documentation should be maintained in your personal files for at least 5 years from the date of your reaccreditation completion.

To access the online reaccreditation portal, follow the instructions listed below:

  1. Go to ASA’s website: www.appraisers.org/login
  2. Enter your username and password. If you do not remember your login information, click “Forgot Your Username or Password?” located below the “Login” button, or contact Member Services at 1-800-272-8258 or 703-478-2228 or asainfo@appraisers.org for assistance.
  3. Locate the “My Reaccreditation” section listed on the left navigation menu and click on the link to access your reaccreditation information.

In addition to the online reaccreditation process, several new and/or updated reaccreditation policies have been implemented. For further information related to the current reaccreditation guidelines, please view the Reaccreditation Program (follow the instructions listed above to access this document) – or for an FAQ on this process click here.

If you should need further assistance, please feel free to email ASA staff at reaccreditation@appraisers.org.
